Advanced Booking
As early as possible, but at least 2 days before the event, you can request a reservation with your personal photographer on our website in the Online Booking section. Once we confirm our availability, we will send you an invoice for the shooting fee which you can pay by using Paypal or any major credit card to confirm your reservation. This shooting fee covers the photographer’s time travelling, shooting, and editing the photos as well as the set up of a personal private online proof gallery for you. In the case that we are unavailable for your event, we will contact you directly by e-mail or telephone.
Personal Photographer
Our photographer will show up before the game to discuss any special requests or instructions you may have and become familiar with your needs. During the game, your personal sports photographer will follow your player, not the action of the game. This allows us to get great action shots when they are near the activity, but it also allows us to capture candid moments outside of the game’s action. We use only professional Canon equipment including the world’s fasted focusing camera, the Canon 1D Mark IV together with L-range lenses in order to get clear, sharp close-up pictures of your athlete. If your player has adequate playing time, we will provide no less than 25 images. If we can not meet that goal, we’ll provide you with a refund or credit. We place a limit of four athletes per session and photographer in order to concentrate on capturing your child in action throughout the entire game.
Professional Products
After the game we will perform basic editing of the images, including cropping and professional color correction. Within five business days and typically within 48 hours we will send you a link to your personal online gallery as well as a unique password for accessing the gallery. You will also receive a coupon code for a discount off your first order. From your gallery you will be able to purchase prints and posters or may purchase the high-resolution images either on a one-by-one basis or a CD of all images. You can also purchase products such as magazine covers, mugs, keychains, etc. All prints are processed in a professional processing lab on professional photo paper. We never print out pictures on a consumer ink jet printer. All orders are mailed directly to your home. You just place your order and we will process the photos and ship them directly to within a few days.
